LSA's NEW Soccer Complex

LSA has entered into an agreement with the City of Louisville that will allow us the opportunity to develop a private soccer complex on city owned property. The purpose of this venture is to provide a soccer specific facility in an area that is currently underserved.

We will be leasing approximately 12 acres of nice, flat ground with interstate exposure near a brand new neighborhood called Park Duvalle. The site is located just off of I-264 near Algonquin Parkway and will primarily serve the west Louisville neighborhood in which it is located during the week for training and will be the main site for LSA tournaments and major games on weekends.

We plan to build three natural grass fields with parking during the initial phase of construction with the hope of adding two more fields as demand for use increases. Long term, we intend to add lights to at least two fields, possibly three; build a concession / locker room facility and add artificial grass to at least two fields as use increases.

The first phase of construction, including irrigation and drainage will cost approximately $732,000 with much more work left to be done to complete the dream complex. If you know of anyone who can contribute in any way, please contact us as soon as possible.
